McParland Brothers successfully delivered a high-quality social housing development in Bettystown for Meath County Council. The scheme provided a carefully planned mix of homes and apartments, designed to meet the needs of a diverse community. In total, the project included 15 new residential units, made up of a selection of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, alongside two-bedroom and three-bedroom houses. As part of the works, our team also completed extensive site development and landscaping, blending hard surfaces with soft green spaces to create a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment.
